Logging on My St. Mark requires a username and password. The username is the email address used to receive messages from us.
If the information you provide matches an existing User Account, you will be directed to reset your password instead of creating a new account.
Creating a “My St. Mark” Account
If we can’t find you in our system, create an account by following the prompts on the screen. Be sure to use a unique email address. Shared email addresses will prevent you from logging in using your email address and you will not be able to use the Forgot Password option.
- Click on My St. Mark
- Click on Login by the black lock icon.
- Click on Sign Up, located underneath the Archdiocese’s logo.
- Enter your name, email and cell number on the Sign Up screen.
- Click on Create Account.
- Follow the instructions on the next screen to verify your account.
Forgot Your Password?
If you already have an account but have forgotten your password (it happens to the best of us):
- Click Forgot password?.
- Enter your:
- Email Address. Note: You will not be able to use the Forgot Password option if you are using a shared email address.
- Mobile Phone Number. Note: If you’ve opted out of receiving text messages sent via the Platform, you will not have the option to reset your password via text message.
- Enter your First Name (or Nickname).
- Enter your Last Name.
- Click Reset My Password.
- If you reset your password via email:
- Go to the email address you provided.
- Open the Password Recovery Verification email.
- Click the verification link. For security, this link is valid for 10 minutes.
- If you reset your password via text message:
- Go to your message.
- Open the Password Recovery text message.
- Tap the verification link.
- Enter your new password. Confirm your new password.
- Save.
